About me

My name is Yuxuan Wu (Fio) – a future-oriented technology generalist and engineer with an international background. Over the past years, I have gained hands-on experience in digitalization and project management. What excites me most is working at the intersection of technology, business, and people – creating innovative solutions that support digital transformation and process optimization.
I studied Automotive Engineering (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Munich, with a strong focus on digitalization, product & project management, and data-driven decision-making. My academic journey also took me to RWTH Aachen and Tongji University in Shanghai, where I explored vehicle engineering, production management, and design. My master’s thesis focused on developing a real-time dashboard for stroke rehabilitation, combining engineering, healthcare, and user-centered design.
Professionally, I have worked in B2B digital marketing consulting, international project management, and AR/IT solutions – from developing proof-of-concept projects in healthcare to managing cross-border digital strategies with a focus on the Chinese market. My experience ranges from SEO/SEA optimization and process digitalization to collaboration with interdisciplinary and international teams. This website is my personal space to reflect on my MBA learnings, professional experiences, and personal growth. Here, I share insights from courses, projects, and real-world challenges – from self-management and leadership to digital transformation and innovation. It serves both as my learning journal and as a source of exchange and inspiration for others who are navigating similar paths.
